I like to think I am a well-rounded person, with the ability to thrive in both a corporate setting or in a more casual environment. While my specific training & career skills are in the accounting, finance, and IT areas, I have many other interests & desires when it comes to being challenged & fulfilled.In recent years, I've grown confident in my ability to coach or work with people on communication, efficiency, or simply looking for new & different ways to approach solving problems. I am a relatively optimistic person, though I do keep it reined in with being a realist. I enjoy learning and then passing on new knowledge & skills to others. I believe that good teamwork is based on clear & open communication. I am willing to stand up for myself and my values. I believe in myself and my abilities, and I am not shy about saying "I can be the best" at whatever I put time, energy, and focus on.
