Producing and implementing systems to improve efficiencies and sales conversions.

Excellent in calculating working interest and net revenue interest, bringing forward difficult heirships, creating run sheets, understanding DMA and MTA, and drafting title opinions and curative actions. Experience in over twenty counties and in three states (Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia).
