-Serve as tier 2 support for center operations.-Diagnose and resolve issues on desktop and portable PCs, printers, Mobile devices , kiosk and network equipment.-Coordinate dispatch of internal Field Service technicians in support of break/fix activities.-Thoroughly document scope of work for break/fix dispatch and serve as final validator for resolution.-Manage the Delivery of all IT equipment when depot service is required to support center operations.-Ensure the reliability, performance, operational stability of the IT systems and Services within the center operations.-Manage the delivery of site-based services provided by field service teams.-Conduct root cause analysis on any material operational or support issue.

-Manage a team of sales representatives ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.-Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.-Analyze sales performance data and implement process improvements.-optimize sales processes and increase profitability.-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.-Manage sales operations, budgeting and inventory management-Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives.-Provide restocking, price markdown, inventory control, and process transactions.

-Provide first level support for multiple client accounts.-Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations.-Interact via telephone, email, chat with customers to identify and diagnose technical issues.-Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with strong supporting documentation.-Follow documented processes to resolve customer issues.-Ensure proper recording, categorization, documentation, and closure of all tickets.-Modify Active Directory Accounts.-Maintain service level agreement with clients.
