Led employment planning and scheduling of two E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Aircraft. Coordinated with joint and allied military units to ensure execution of AWACS missions in support of HHQ, PACOM and PACAF taskings. Directed the publication of mission employment plans and orders and support requests for all E-3 sorties. Responsible for the planning and execution of a$10.1M E-3 Flying-Hour Program.Lead a 5 member team responsible for unit plans and readiness programs. Directed disaster preparedness training and maintained protective equipment for 26 unit personnel. Advised the commander on unit capability to support contingency taskings in accordance with the designed Higher Headquarters operational plans.
