• Duties were to assist in providing care for patients of differentiating diagnoses, scheduling appointments for clientele, ordering supplies, communicating with Doctors and Care Providers to act as the middle man between them and the patient. With the manager out of state, all patients that needed care were directly seen/ communicated with/ scheduled and treated by myself. • Managed minimum of 2 clientele a day, carefully explaining the process of an EEG to them and their families, continuing communication with each throughout their 24-160 hour study. • As patients tended to be hours apart, time management was essential to ensure clientele were seen in a timely manner.
