As I am currently working for Stanford University at the School of Engineering as a Facilities Services Manager for the past 7 years. I am responsible for the day-to-day building operations of Science and Engineering Quad. They range from labs, class rooms, offices, and machine shops combined to be approximately 600,000 square feet of working space. Supporting faculty, students, and Staff.Before coming to Stanford University, I completed 7 years of military service with the United States Air Force as Security Forces. After my service, I worked as a Security Services Account Manager. From my previous and current role, I have gained an extensive amount of experiences and knowledge of planning, design, construction, modification, operation, maintenance, and utilities servicing of campus facilities. I have particular expertise in a manager and supervisory role, leading technical teams on projects, safety, physical security, and facility program management, monitoring multiple operating systems, working with contractors and vendors, communication with occupants and public, and experience in implementing projects, programs, and process improvements.
