Clinical Research Assistant for 3 Clinical Studies-Study 1 Goal: To evaluate whether the combination of Semaglutide with the fixed-dose combination of Cilofexor and Firsocostat causes fibrosis improvement and NASH resolution in subjects with compensated cirrhosis due to NASH.-Study 2 Goal: To evaluate the effect of TVB-2640 compared with matching placebo in noncirrhotic subjects with NASH and F2-F3 Fibrosis by either Histological Improvement or Resolution of Steatohepatitis/no worsening of Liver Fibrosis.-Study 3 Goal: Major Goal: To assess the efficacy of CC-93538 versus placebo in reducing Esophageal Eosinophil counts and Dysphagia symptoms, as well as improving Endoscopic and Histological features of Eosinophilic Esophagitis(EoE).
