Responsible for the overall fiscal and operational performance of the 7 North Texas assisted living region communities. Providing guidance and counseling to the Executive Directors (Chief Sales Officers). Establishing sales and marketing plans/activities. Implementing a systemic framework to manage and monitor the sales operations within the region. Conducting community visits. Recruit, employ, and retain qualified management staff. Promote a culture of customer service to all organization personnel. Ensure adequate marketing and new business ventures to promote organization viability and growth.

Directing and coordinating Resident care from move-in through discharge. Oversee and manage the day to day operation of the Assisted Living community. Responsibilities include: sales and marketing, hiring, training, managing and motivating department heads and staff, effectively managing P&L, budgeting and ensuring resident satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality of product in accordance with established operational standards and state regulations.
