I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with 22+ years of experience working in the mental health field (licensed since 2021) supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I've worked in diverse mental health settings, including therapeutic adolescent residential programs, acute adult psychiatric, intensive in-home services, and both behavioral and public schools settings. Most recently, I've been focusing on providing non-medical mental health support for teens of military families in the public schools as well as providing individual telehealth focused therapy sessions.
