I am eager to pursue a profession in the Tourism industry due to the amazing leadership and mentorship from professors, managers, and influencers in the industry. I plan to do this by being purpose-driven and passionate about empowering lives: Dedicated to helping individuals Thrive and Succeed. I have 2 years of customer service skills interested in using my skills to improve employee relations in the Human Resources department. I've successfully experienced leading teams in academic projects, work place environments, and registered student organizations. I'm curious to learn more ways I can improve my communication and leadership skills so I can effectively lead teams. My ultimate career goal is to use what I have learned in my education and the tourism industry to become a social entrepreneur and create a positive social and environmental impact on the lives of others.
