• Assisted the Co-CEOs of Operations and Development with calendar management, operations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.• Collaborated with the Co-CEOs and the Special Projects & Events Coordinator on governance, strategy, event logistics, and special initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals. Take meeting notes, assign tasks from the Co-CEOs, Board Committee Chairs, and Volunteer Coordinators. • Supported digital projects and data entry in the CRM system, file organization, and research efforts as directed by the Co-CEOs and Special Projects & Events Coordinator.

• Communicate the food orders to the cooks in Spanish satisfying roughly 20 orders an hour and completing them in under 15 minutes, also translating the cooks’ questions to the servers in English• Contribute to the customers experience by greeting them 100% of the time before delivering their food to the table they are sitting at and greeting them with a smile always• Maintain excellent customer service by asking them how the quality of the food looks and offering my services should they have any questions or concerns

• Maintain immaculate attention to detail by examining tables to ensure they are exceptionally clean and ready to be used by our customers while completing the task in under 5 minutes• Provide to the fine dining experience by dressing in pristine attire at all times and ensuring we are dedicated to our customers by catering to all of their needs• Assist, the servers at all times by starting off our shifts with a 15-minute staff meeting where servers discuss any issues they may be currently experiencing and how bussers can help with these issues throughout the shift
