In addition to this BA role, Anthony was in charge/involved with the PwC team's connectivity, billing, and budget. Additionally, Anthony was a member of fanbase, a PwC group that focuses on employee well-being and community engagement. As a member, Anthony was in charge of multiple PwC activities designed to raise money for local charities (i.e.-Ronald McDonald House). Additionally, he wrote a weekly column in the Fanbase newsletter about physical, mental, and emotional health.

Researched and calculated the financial viability of alternative customer postal distribution methods during COVID-19 to achieve a projected saving of $475k/year. Model average consumer lifespan for ~30k customers to determine customer lifetime value and determine root causes for customers becoming inactive using Model Factory. Review consumer accounts and summarize potential cash the company is entitled to in accordance with standard account terms.
