- Making all the quality reports for the preparation of Weekly Quality Minutes of Meeting-Attending Minutes of Meeting and writing down all the important issues and submit to PID for official approval.-Making Samsung PQI (Project Quality Index) for submission to Saudi Aramco.-Entering RFI's in QMIS-Entering, filing and monitoring all QA/QC documents such as RFI's, Procedures, Drawings and etch.-Project Record Book compilation especially Construction Inspection Records and Pre-commissioning Record Book.

- Receiving and submitting outgoing and incoming documents.-Distributing to the concerned of all project documentation such as drawing, material approvals, procedures, method statement adn etc. in timely and controlled manner.-Maintaining document control registers/document for incoming and outgoing project documents.-Manage the electronic and hard copies filing of project related technical documentation.- Ensure project documents and drawings are issued in a controlled manner and within agreed time and scales.-Modifying all commented documents from the clients.- Submitting RFI's to the client before 1 day of inspection.- Helping construction team to do Method Statements and Procedures.- Project Dossier Compilation
