As CEO, led the rapid growth of Tesco Mobile to become the UK’s 5th largest mobile provider and most successful virtual mobile network, delivering material profit growth to JV partners Tesco and Telefonica and industry leading levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to that and also as CEO, relaunched Plusnet as BT’s value brand, creating an enduring multi-brand strategy for BT Consumer. Started out as a strategy consultant and also spent a couple of years with a tech incubator fund.
