- Manage 25 production team members. Discuss shift needs to the applicable areas supplying parts that are needed the workflow of the shift priorities.- Coordinate staff requirements with peers and the management team to ensure production team members needed for completion of production requirements.- Complete employee reviews documenting Key Performance Indicators, monitor absence management and conduct structured employee feedback meetings.- Mentor and develop team member's skills and performance.- Ensure all shift team members are properly trained by individually charting their training.- Ensure production floor environment is free of safety and housekeeping hazards during shift. - Perform and record hourly quality check results of parts produced each hour. - Record shift data of production totals on documents for production control reports. - Create documents of standard line operation procedures.- Create documents for shift start up, equipment start up and equipment preventive maintenance. - Daily computer input of all products produced during the shift. - Documents scrap percentage during shift operations. Also information of machine or production problems that occurred during the shift.- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for equipment use and training. - Create and train team members using the Kaizen system to safely minimize work flow.- Use of the 5S system for a safe and clean working environment.

Assist Team leader in supervising five personnel on clutch/drum line. Responsible for troubleshooting and mechanical repair of fifteen manufacturing process machines. Also responsible for Robots and Electronic Beam welding machine trouble shooting and maintenance.Ability to start up, operate and perform required scheduled maintenance and hourly quality checks on all machines. Record daily data of production activities and completed quantity of parts produced at completion of shift.
