In order to do this I have to research new leads and sectors to create new business while managing existing accounts. Duties include day to day administration, attending industry events throughout the year and communicating with other departments to ensure the successful coordination of the numerous publications and events we sell across. In addition, I am required to constantly demonstrate high levels of customer service to new and existing clients. An ability to prioritise a heavy workload day to day while also being expected to hit challenging targets is an essential skill I have needed to master while working for this organisation. Show less

My duties included offering administration support at large public events and music concerts including acts such as Rod Stewart, Tom Jones, Katherine Jenkins and many more. This role required excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure. Additionally, I assisted with the set-up of event sites, and ensured that all health and safety measures were implemented.
