· Work remotely with customers to troubleshoot and identify network and application issues· System Administration for Linux based Infinistream and performance manger servers· Manage, design, and implement network monitoring infrastructure (taps, spans, packet brokers, synthetic testing endpoints)· Train and support users on network management best practices using the full Netscout product suite

· System Administrator for all Enterprise Monitoring Systems; responsible for installation, troubleshooting, migration, upgrading, and patching of monitoring applications including: NetScout, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, CA Spectrum, Dynatrace, PRTG, and CA eHealth· Infrastructure support of Redhat Linux (CentOS, Fedora) and Windows Servers· Gather and Report on Enterprise system key performance indicators· Work with other IT departments to plan and implement monitoring solutions using standard monitoring technologies such as SNMP, Performance Counters, and WMI in addition to APM and in-line packet analysis tools.· Design and Architect the Network Monitoring Infrastructure· Linux Shell Scripting, Powershell Scripting, · Script custom Application Logging configurations and maintain enterprise wide logging repository
