Anthony is a seasoned Global BPO & CX Business Executive Director turned Entrepreneur & Strategic Executive Advisor focusing efforts on accelerating growth for companies in Mexico and LATAM. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM Campus Monterrey) building a 20+ year career in the BPO & CX industry, overseeing all business operations and managing P&L for several locations in LATAM overseeing all areas including Operations, WFM, Project Management and Implementation of all Solutions, as well as Service Delivery and Client Services.As a results-driven, customer-centric and people-oriented leader, He has implemented successful business strategies and innovations to deliver a “best-in-class” customer experience, exceeding expectations while delivering revenue-driven and cost-efficient solutions to accelerate growth in the region. In several ways, he has been part of the pioneers in the expansion of BPO & CX industry and footprint across Latin America and The Caribbean.All accounts and clients have seen significant savings through operational process innovations and BPO cost-efficient nearshore solutions, while simultaneously driving growth, translating into more than 25+ million dollars in revenue, sales and profit margins. Anthony is currently based out of Mexico City, he has worked and/or consulted with Executive Management teams in more than 40 companies with Operations across the United States, The Caribbean and LATAM region [Mexico, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic] as well as Operations based out of The Philippines.
