He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM Campus Monterrey) building a 20+ year career in the BPO & CX industry, overseeing all business operations and managing P&L for several locations in LATAM overseeing all areas including Operations, WFM, Project Management and Implementation of all Solutions, as well as Service Delivery and Client Services.As a results-driven, customer-centric and people-oriented leader, He has implemented successful business strategies and innovations to deliver a “best-in-class” customer experience, exceeding expectations while delivering revenue-driven and cost-efficient solutions to accelerate growth in the region.
