Marketing for Legacy included help open a new building and in a "fill-up" average 5-7 new resident move-in monthly. Help create records and forms needed to comply with State of Arizona regulations. Maintain and update a 500 person data base to track sales and leads. Network opportunities and PR visits to professionals both in house and in the community. I also helped plan and host in house marketing socials, events, and open house for professionals and new perspective clients. Maintain in house resident and family satisfaction. Set up vendor booth displays at local Chamber of Commerce and other various events.

Customer relationship manager works closely with the different assisted living communities to provide the highest level of service. We provide many communities in the valley the best in medication administration and management tools as well as the medications. We are located in Mesa and service the entire Valley, Tucson, and certain surrounding areas.

Initiation and maintenance of business to business relationships with referral sources in the East Valley. Development and coordination of processes and procedures to establish and continue business growth. Training and management of community liaisons throughout the valley via daily and weekly progress reports. Balance, management, and organization of three sales lead pools, as well as a lead pool for resident placements in our network of assisted living homes. Introduction and recruitment of assisted living homes to the Majestic Residence Program. In the three months that I was active with Majestic Residence we doubled the size of the members from 20 to over 50 members and had over 20 resident placements.

Reconciliation of GL accounts, verification and signing of EFT Files, foreign and domestic; Project group management and coordination, Occasional financial reporting and forecasting; Process returned/rejected payments and stop payments; Process payments, credit and debit memos; I have implemented many improvements to, and trained several associates on these procedures.
