In my two and a half years at Autodesk, I led as a Senior User Experience Designer for the flagship product AutoCAD. My role encompassed various aspects of the product development cycle.‣ Key Responsibilities:- User Research: Led early user research and reported findings for at least 5 main features. Led monthly alpha and yearly beta user research for 2 years to gather timely user feedback, thereby enhancing the quality and satisfaction of each feature.- OA Documentation: Co-authored 3 important Opportunity Assessment (OA) documents to support the leadership team’s decision-making.- Interaction Design: Drove interaction design for at least 10 features, achieving an average 4 out of 5 Net Promoter Score (NPS), thus enhancing the overall value and satisfaction of AutoCAD.- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitated at least 10 Luma Workshops to foster creativity and collaboration for both internal and external teams.- Agile Development: Actively participated in agile development processes and applied LEAN UX as the main experience designer to keep design and implementation agilely aligned for all projects.- Data Analytics: Co-worked with the data team to conduct data analysis for all of my projects, gaining valuable insights. In my nearly 7-year tenure at Cisco, I played a crucial role in the establishment and growth of the Cisco Developer Community, DevNet. As a User Experience Designer,‣ My key contributions include:- User Research: Contributed significantly to the community's expansion by conducting research and understanding the needs of diverse developers, both in software and hardware domains.- Interaction Design: Created and enhanced various features within the community, such as learning modules, sandbox playgrounds, certification processes, and the solution ecosystem.- Web Design: Designed hundreds of webpages spanning various technologies in different domains, such as IoT, Networking, Data Center, Security, etc.- Design Campaign: Regularly launched hundreds of design campaigns internally and at least 5 in Cisco Live externally to advocate DevNet through Cisco's design thinking methodology.- Platformization: Through these efforts, DevNet reached 50K members(by 2018) and successfully transformed into a platform that not only attracted developers but also facilitated their collaboration and improvement of their skills.‣ Notable Projects:- DevNet Learning 2.0 (Platform foundation project, created new generation of dev online learning)- DevNet Certification Program (Vital project, achieved profitability)- Cisco Code Exchange (Key project of platformization, created the ecosystem)- Cisco Solution Exchange (Key project of platformization, created the ecosystem)

Worked at Cisco as a contractor, primarily focusing on the Augmented Collaboration system (Red dot awards winner/ U.S. patent), which aimed to create the next-generation Integrated Collaboration Experience and several other innovative projects. I was also responsible for the mobile cloud collaboration apps.- Requirement Breakdown: Analyzed high-level business requirements and broke them down into detailed UX requirements.- Interaction Design: Designed the system's features from early sketches to later high-fidelity pixel-perfect mockups. Created several UX solutions like gesture control on a large screen, voice interaction, and physical objects experience.- Visual Design: Documented the entire UX and visual guidelines for the products and aligned them with Cisco's branding and UX/visual guidelines.- App Design: Designed the mobile app of the system, including all the interaction and graphic design.- Global Collaboration: Collaborated with other designers and developers globally.- Product Promotion: Created numerous animations and videos to promote our products, and was in charge of the design awards application.

I Worked on the E-business system for Alibaba, which aims to make the best experience for suppliers, distributors, dealers, and customers.‣ Analysed the UX requirements.‣ Designed the interaction flow and made out mockups.

Worked on the website design and the VI(visual identity) design.‣ Directed development of the corporate signature and look and feel system, including logo, color palette, typography, layout styles, imagery, and applications.‣ Responsible for the planning and web design of particular campaigns or events.‣ Responsible for the design update and daily maintenance of the website.

Worked on the brand promotion and advertisement of projects.‣ Worked with advertising agencies to make the commercial poster, DM, video commercial, etc.‣ Planned PR events to promote the project.‣ Made the media plan for branding.
