In this role, I facilitated collaborative workshops with teams and leadership to navigate challenges posed by the pandemic, defining product scope and identifying solutions. I led iterative design and user testing processes, concentrating on enhancing the Comfy app's ability to support hybrid work scenarios, particularly improving wayfinding for safe and productive workspaces across mobile and desktop platforms. Additionally, I conducted audits and established deliverables to align design, product, and engineering teams, advocating for a unified approach and the development of a reusable, scalable design system.

I served as the primary designer owning the overall user experience and the development of new features for Samba TV's internal ad campaign management platform, resulting in substantial reductions in user workflow efforts. Additionally, collaborating closely with the VP of Product, product management and the engineering team, I led design efforts towards creating efficient solutions for company and user management with Samba TV's incoming seamless single sign-on solution and a comprehensive product dashboard.

• Worked with client, Balluun Inc. to heuristically evaluate and redesign dedicatedviews and user flows for the online, B2B marketplace.• Produced development ready, hi-fidelity, components and wireframes supporting aresponsive framework and contributed to the growth of Balluun’s new design languagesystem.

• Engaged in a series of design sprints to produce low-fidelity wireframes for Chegg’sstudent sign-in homepage which were used by our UX research team to conduct A/Btest sessions with candidates.
