My focus has been on luxury goods, retail, and consumer products and I am extremely comfortable with all industry sectors. I am one of the original members of the PwC Transfer Pricing Practice, involved with starting the global network from the ground up. Recognizing the need to automate this process, I capitalized on an opportunity to develop the technologies that drove efficiencies in transfer pricing compliance.I am also a leader in Diversity & Inclusion, serving currently as the Board Chair for Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) and previously on the Corporate Advisory Board. I am McDonald's Global Finance DEI Leader and formerly was the PwC National Leader for their Latino Inclusion Network.I have been influential in developing and sponsoring Latinos in their careers and was honored to be the recipient of the 2021 ALPFA Lifetime Achievement Award. I am passionate about DEI and have been advocating for change since long before the acronym was used. I have spent many hours of my professional and personal time developing DEI programs and initiatives and fighting for representation for others.
