We drove entry into wind, solar, biomass, hydro, and had commercial responsibilities across a 25,000MW portfolio. We devised unique new marketing, trading and finance and acquisition strategies to find hidden value in wide ranging assets, achieving top tier results. We saved over $1B by re-structuring supply and transportation contracts, while managing all energy supply logistics. I personally designed and led the first risk management oversight board, implementing state of the art risk tools.

Founded boutique energy consultancy working with and advising infrastructure focused private equity firms. Developed investment and acquisition strategies and opportunities in the pipeline and utility sector. Acted as operating executive in residence led all aspects of originating, due diligence, structuring and financing. Successfully bought and/or started five energy related companies including JV with NationalGrid which established PowerNet, one of the earliest online power trading systems. Began consulting to NextEra, FPL to devise new strategies for multiple business units dealing with de-regulation.

I led a highly successful integrated NASDAQ natural gas company. Joined as VP of Finance upon IPO and oversaw sales growth from $8Mil to $300Mil including a major utility acquisition which we restructured to meet deregulation.
