LAAD leverages its teams operational expertise giving clients unique insights and guidance to help key functions scale (e.g., sales, marketing, customer experience, product, tech, people). We work with the C-suite and boards to help effect rapid and efficient transformations. Our teams have done work in diverse fields such as energy, technology, chemicals and real estate. We are often instrumental in gaining new financings and strategic exits. LAAD was originally founded, in association with a large private equity firm in 1988 to invest in, and advise on, a series of utility and energy acquisitions.
