Currently involved in redesigning corporate website (www.pseg.com) to greatly improve usability, functionality and showcase MyAccount web self-service portal. The websites are being built on Microsoft SiteCore. My contributions involve defining information architecture, wireframes and overall design approval. Future activities will be content audit, content migration, User Acceptance Testing and training Content Authors on new CMS platform.Launched social media initiative, including new Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Blog channels. Since April 2001, I had been employed as a Knowledge Manager, with responsibilities of web and document content management for Departmental and Industry websites, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of Novell's internal search engine and mailing list collaboration system. I also managed an information and people locator service, assisting global sales and consulting professionals in gathering research for proposals, RFI's and RFPs. My work as a Search Analyst increased search usage over 100% and improved the quality of search results for users after one year.
