Currently, I am Webmaster of http://www.pseg.com (PSEG’s external website), where I oversee and perform website updates through Hewlett Packard's Teamsite Content Management System. Activities include: reviewing all content for currency, accuracy, organization and adherence to website standards, as well as, corporate governance. Currently I am involved in redesigning the external, http://www.pseg.com web site to organize content more efficiently, improve usability and enhance our MyAccount Web self-service features. The website is being built on Microsoft SiteCore and is scheduled to launch in late 2017.Another major milestone for the organization was launching its social media initiative, including new Twitter, YouTube and Facebook channels. I assisted in the development of a social media policy, charter and governance committee. I actively maintain our channels through video postings and tweeting with constituents during weather-related outages and news releases. Check out http://www.pseg.com/followus.Prior to PSEG and since April 2001, I had been employed as a Knowledge Manager, with responsibilities of web and document content management for Departmental and Industry websites, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of Novell's internal search engine and mailing list collaboration system. I also managed an information and people locator service, assisting global sales and consulting professionals in gathering research for proposals, RFI's and RFPs. My work as a Search Analyst increased search usage over 100% and improved the quality of search results for users after one year.
