CurrentI recruit IT professionals in all areas such as: Network Engineers, Web Developers, Architecture Engineers, Data Control and Program Specialists, Executive Administrators, Communications Engineers, and Technology Analyst, Configuration Management, ISSO, DR-COOP, Systems Engineer, Help Desk, etc. Responsibilities include life-cycle recruiting methods. Work closely with Program Managers and Contracts Departments in creating and developing job requisitions. - Perform phone screen interviews to have knowledge of candidate’s qualifications for specific recruiting requisitions, along with their availability, salary requirements and level of security clearance. - I then select highly qualified candidates, setup and coordinate interviews with various Program Managers and HQ Executives. - Also ensure that all qualified candidate’s security paperwork is filled out and processed thru our Processing Systems, and individual Government agencies.
