The bulk of my experience is in high-end/contemporary retail sales. From the beginning I knew I wanted to approach my job differently. I trusted my instincts and put honesty at the forefront of my business philosophy. Leading with values I believed in allowed me to harness relationship building and business driving skills that proved to be invaluable and profitable. After excelling in sales and merchandising, I naturally progressed into management roles. In these roles I was able to produce remarkable increases. This was achieved by taking a holistic approach to business. There is more to achieving positive results than just individual monetary transactions. Utilizing strategies used in brick and mortar storefronts, I moved into personal assisting. The skills I garnered in my management experience were seamlessly applied to small business owners working in creative fields. Last year left a lasting impression on many of us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I pivoted back into retail. Over the year and a half, I have been able to become reacquainted with the retail environment and stretch my customer service skills.
