Obtain and prepare repair parts lists. - Locate information using catalog data and technical manuals. - Prepare repair parts requests. - Order, Track orders, expedite orders if required, and receive orders in specific time frames. - Receive, store, exchange, and issue repair parts. - Keep inventory records of repair parts including hazardous materials records. - Prepare and maintain records on equipment usage, operation, maintenance, modification, and calibration. - Initiate, receive, and maintain automated maintenance control records. - Record equipment readiness codes and maintenance data for computer applications. - Research stock material and ensure requisitions are processed for fill. - Ensure material is processed and shipped according to supply and policy time frames. - Track orders to ensure orders are delivered to the correct location.
