RESPONSIBILITIES:• All elements of managing an energy consulting company which includes developing and implementing marketing and sales plans, hiring and managing energy engineers and supporting staff, project development and management, managing client relations with 30+ energy efficiency projects at one time, and presenting the findings of an energy efficiency study to the customer.• Conducting energy efficiency audits which includes capturing field data, analyzing data, energy modeling, performing energy calculations, and generating energy efficiency audit reports• On-going industry research to identify new opportunities for business growth from government and utility programs.
