PROPERTY MANAGERI am an accomplished and diligent property manager with a solid track record of high occupancy, revenue, and retention rates in buildings with as many as 71 units each.My drive and determination stems from my formative years growing up in a low-income family. I learned very quickly that it takes vision and grit to overcome obstacles that can seem insurmountable. When the market crashed in 2007, I was a real estate investor with a portfolio of homes to sell. I leveraged my background and adjusted to a new reality – rapidly pivoting from marketing my properties for sale to managing the portfolio as leased properties.
