I learned very quickly that it takes vision and grit to overcome obstacles that can seem insurmountable. When the market crashed in 2007, I was a real estate investor with a portfolio of homes to sell. I leveraged my background and adjusted to a new reality – rapidly pivoting from marketing my properties for sale to managing the portfolio as leased properties. I learned HOA management, secured my real estate license and CMCA credential, and started a career in property management.
