As the Account Manager for Verizon's Monitoring Center, I oversaw a staff of 60 employees, of various backgrounds and skill sets. My day to day included: interacting with clients, and fulfilling their needs, mentoring and leading the staff, hosting training sessions, fulfilling payroll and scheduling for about 3,000 hours per week.
