Current● Provide customers with world-class customer service to ensure high client retention rate.● Be supportive and collaborative partner installers can rely on.● Strategically partner with installers on ways to improve customerexperience.● Handle escalated cases effectively, demonstrating empathy andprofessionalism while resolving complex issues.● Communicate with installers regarding past, present and futureprojects.● Effectively manage pipeline of projects to completion.● Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks and audits.● Ability to analyze data and spot trends.● Conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent orsuspicious activities and elder abuse.● Record accurate and efficient records in Salesforce.● Collaborate with managers to provide customer feedback andrecommend operational changes to meet emerging trends.● Consult with consumer attorney's regarding concerns about projectsand loan agreement terms.● Work closely with legal department to ensure all necessary records areavailable to assist with any demand letter received.
