Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed the full life cycle development of numerous phone models. Served as Technical Liaison to the manufacturing department to address customer issues and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) documents for production quality control. Conducted quality audits for all software and hardware of assigned devices, as well as outsourced accessories and newly completed products. Responsible for creating mobile device customer content for major operators in North America (AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, Rogers, Bell), Latin America, and South America. Responsible for product approvals via operator network testing through to the approval release to factory.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed the full life cycle development of numerous phone models. Sampled and tested outsourced electrical components, oversaw pre-production trial runs, and provided troubleshooting services to the Reliability Team. Served as Technical Liaison to the manufacturing department to address customer issues and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) documents for production quality control. Conducted quality audits for all software and hardware of assigned devices, as well as outsourced accessories and newly completed products. Created and delivered technical bulletins to repair centers. Responsible for creating mobile device customer content for major operators in North America (AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, Rogers, Bell), Latin America, and South America. Responsible for product approvals through operator network testing to the approval release to factory.

Facilitated the processes of disassembly, re-assembly, calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, mechanical upgrades, ECN writing, engineering checkout, drawing updates, and accountability for all test equipment. Performed quality inspections for electrical and RF control panels. Supervised a successful, self-directed Raytheon team (the only team approved to operate in this manner). Regularly reviewed and presented products and process improvements to the Material Review Board. Supervisory duties included conducting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and task delegation. Ensured compliance with all current ISO standards and CAPA processes. Created effective training manuals for newly hired team members.

Served as Lead Technical Engineer for testing, validation, and delivery coordination of missile telemetry systems.
