The main activity was to technically support the Sales and Product areas, during the Customer Approval process (operator tests, for product validation). Main accounts were VIVO Brazil (Telefonica LTA) and TIM Brazil (Telecom Italy).Worked also as Product Marketing Manager (PMM), during 2007. Main activity was to perform the new products and services presentations, at the customer´s main and regional offices, with focus of TIM Brazil Account.Also member of the LTA Competence Group, during 2007, which was responsible for collecting and sharing technical knowledge between the LTA TAM team.

The main activity was to coordinate the Nokia Technical Center in Brazil (with more than 100 employees), in order to support the Nokia Care area, and to provide technical feedback to the Factory, R&D and Suppliers. We use this local Technical Center as an advanced Research Center for the new products released in the Brazilian Market.

Worked in many different positions and activities, during this period of 7 years. Starting from the most recent:-> As Research Project Manager. Management of external research projects, financed by Ericsson. Acted as main interface contact between the Ericsson projects (15+ projects) in Brazilian Universities, and the Ericsson Research Head Office, in Sweden.-> As TDMA System Manager for Ericsson Canada and Brazil. Provide technical support and analysis for new products, concepts or requirements, demanded by Customers (with focus on Location Based Services). -> Member of the Ericsson New Technology Charging Forum, where the System Managers of the CDMA, TDMA and GSM areas discussed the charging and protocols issues regarding new technologies and actual problems.-> As a Team Leader in an International Software Design Group (30 persons), at TDMA system projects (CMS 8800 mobile exchange).-> As Chairman of Brazil TDMA Technical Committee, by inspecting the software design and all relevant features for TDMA system.-> As Process and Hiring Mentor, controlling and providing support for the process users, and hiring new employees, doing interviews, resume analysis, company presentations, training plan, etc.-> As Software Designer, within an International Software Designers Team, related to the Charging and Billing areas, in the Ericsson AXE Systems.

Worked as Trainee (for 7 months), and as Factory Production Supervisor (for 1 year). Activities included Team Management (14 maintenance technicians), Investment Plans, and Production Planning.
