As the Managing Director of Elliott Australia, a leading protective clothing and equipment company in Australasia, I have over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture, sourcing and delivery of specialised personal protective equipment and apparel. I have successfully grown the business with a focus on our people, our brand, innovation and product development, developing global supply chains and partnering with global brands to bring quality safety gear to market.I am also passionate about empowering and supporting families whose children learn and perceive differently. I co-founded the Modified Rugby Program (MRP) and the GingerCloud Foundation in 2014 to create a new, inclusive form of rugby where each child with a learning and perceptual disability has their own club PlayerMentor on the field. Through the GingerCloud Leadership Program, we also nurture and equip the PlayerMentors to become a generation of young people for whom disability is normalised. My mission is to enable children to access opportunities to reach their full potential in life and to become everything they can be.
