In addition to the above, I am a tertiary qualified adult educator and have been teaching / training since 1993 within the VET sector. The majority of this has included workplace based delivery, classroom, lecture format, workshops and one-on-one. The cliental ranges from corporate senior management through to process operators with limited education and English language skills. I consider myself to be a very good 'all rounder' in the education field. Not only theory delivery, but training project management, design & development of learning programs, design & development of assessment materials, involved in workplace & cultural change projects and other areas such as design of Food Technology DVD's. Earlier in my career, I held roles of production management, technical support and quality assurance within the food manufacturing & major food service sectors.
