Staff at these locations includes a shop manager, a parts manager, nine mechanics, and two auto-body repair specialists.• Joined the organization during a business growth trajectory and established, designed, and built an exemplary maintenance program, transforming operations and substantially reducing business expenses.• Introduced data management processes, such as the use of customized Excel spreadsheets (which I designed), to expediently and accurately track vehicle servicing, mileage, inspections, insurance, registration, and licensure renewal dates across multiple jurisdictions with differing regulations.• Ramped up preventative maintenance program with resounding success.
