GTA is a specialist transport consultancy that solves problems and influences the future. Our service offering spans the entire transport project life-cycle - from initial advisory and strategic planning to analytics, engineering, design and delivery.Currently, GTA's talented team encompasses 150 people located across six Australian offices.Within GTA, I am responsible for creating client and market insights and putting together client-focused strategies to improve our positioning in the market place. This includes analyzing revenue performance across segments and business groups as well as creating frameworks to support Business Development, and making sure we are constantly focused on delivering Brand promise.

Delivered a program of research and customer engagement that tracks and measured Betfair’s performance around key marketing and financial metrics. Developed an actionable segmentation used to define the customer base and deliver insights around promotions and campaigns. Work with all customer facing areas such as Customer experience and Product in delivery of customer focused solutions. Work with Business Intelligence to successfully merge internal and external data to gain an in-depth understanding of customers profitability, behaviour and demographic makeup

Co-chair of the Commercial team responsible for the delivery of the commercial proposition, bid documentation and evaluation. This included creating the commercial proposition along with structuring the evaluation plan. Led the commercial team evaluation of bids and authored reportsLed the team that created and successfully developed the concept of a Partnership criterion. Was also responsible for responsible for developing revenue and patronage forecasting framework, as well as creation of the revenue sharing regime

Responsible for delivery on all system analytics including marketing performance, segmentation, patronage and revenue reporting and forecasting, customer experience and so on. Managed qualitative and quantitative market research to support marketing effort and operations. Led a team of seven direct reports and up to 50 part-time survey staff

 End to end delivery of all Marketing effort including strategy development ,research, campaign development and execution, standalone and in collaboration with other operators.; Developed business cases identifying the financial impact of changes to State policy; - over time compensation for these changes up to $10M p.a.; Part of the team which unified look and feel of all customer information; Helped negotiate settlement in a revenue dispute with other operators and government – the solution still holds;
