- Cultivated and established new relationships within the professional business industry for CUS services and conferences, through organization of the annual UBC Commerce Community Breakfast.- Led six Corporate Relations Managers in handling all of the Commerce Undergraduate Society’s external matters, such as sponsorship procurement, and contract negotiation.- Managed relationships with large corporate sponsors by strategically delegating tasks to team members, communicating clear expectations, and compiling proofs for sponsors to ensure that contract terms were followed through with by CUS services.

- Liaised with CUS sponsors and partners, as to cater to their respective needs, and to ensure compliance from our conferences and services.- For a second straight year, played an integral role in organizing the annual UBC Commerce Community Breakfast.

- Procured $10,000 worth of monetary sponsorship for UBC’s Commerce Undergraduate Society from various corporate sponsors, over a period of 4 months, by leveraging cold calling and client relations skills. - Established relations with ten new firms as part of sponsorship efforts for the CUS, through organization of the annual UBC Commerce Community Breakfast, which featured over 70 firm delegates and 30 student representatives.

- Strengthened and scaled an activity-based costing model for the production and distribution of a medical isotope by reviewing process flows and the costing methodology for consistency, and collaborating with nuclear medicine research personnel.- Developed a discounted cash flow modelling template based on the results and operating cost assumptions of the model- Composed a report detailing all cost-appropriate findings, as to expand upon the economic implications of the costing scheme; also formally presented, and discussed it with management.

- Expedited day-to-day Accounting functions in Microsoft Dynamics GP for the U.S.A side of operations by performing bank reconciliations, matching revenue and expense items with accurate journal entries, and processing A/R and A/P.- Utilized v-lookup, pivot table, and other functions in Microsoft Excel to conduct statistical analyses of company accounts with regards to inventory, damage allowance, and product breakdowns. - Facilitated collaboration and efficiencies in the Finance department by proactively aiding team members with the preparation of various internal documents, and chairing weekly A/R meetings to discuss aging receivables, and collection disputes.

- Proactively contributed to the set up, and promotion of the 10th year anniversary celebration of the UniverCity community development at Simon Fraser University.- Worked on all aspects of a new website, including design and content addition, in order to reach out to prospective customers, provide information about leasing and development services, and showcase the strength of the Trilogy brand.- Responsibilities included assisting the property management team with lease activities including showings, lease renewals, and lease analysis.

- Managed a team of three, and conducted weekly meetings to discern novel fundraising opportunities for Enactus UBC.- Facilitated two fundraisers throughout the 2013-2014 academic year; all proceeds went towards funding Enactus UBC's not-for-profit initiatives.

- Supervised a Spring Soccer Camp for 120 children, aged 3-12, facilitating a fun, inclusive environment for campers to learn rudimentary soccer skills, by encouraging and abiding to weekly camper feedback surveys. - Actively collaborated with four other supervisors to create and implement tailor-made lesson plans for each age group, as to appropriately engage each respective camper.
