CurrentReviews and interprets internal/external policy, guidelines, or regulations to ensure organizational compliance.Provides operational and advisory services on recruitment and placement actions based on staffing and personnel analysis.Coordinates internal consultation with managers regarding workforce requirements to meet future mission demands.Advises hiring managers, supervisors or their representatives about the most appropriate recruitment method to attract potential candidates and suggested alternative resources.Makes recommendations for changes to policies and procedures to ensure consistency.Develops vacancy announcements and assessments in a hiring database, such as USA Staffing or another on-line database (e.g. Quickhire, Monster).Retrieves data from automated hiring systems to prepare ad-hoc reports or conduct studies and analyses of HR- related functional areas (e.g., attrition rates, analysis of metrics) to identify trends, potential problem areas or where improvements are needed.Explains in writing how HR-related laws, regulations, precedents, and practices are applied or interpreted (e.g., in response to an applicant or organizational inquiry that may have legal implications).
