Hey there! My name is Anthony. I am a Marine Corps Veteran with 8 years of experience in the administrative field as well as the instructor field, serving as both a martial arts instructor as well as a marksmanship instructor, teaching the basics of weapons handling and the fundamentals of marksmanship. When I teach, I am dedicated to ensuring I can design creative and engaging ways to convey the material and focus myself on being able to mold my teaching style to best fit the audience receiving the information. My number one goal is that my audience leaves my classroom having truly absorbed some of the knowledge and sparked a greater desire to pursue more.Coming from the administrative background I have years of experience in not only managing the efficient direction of work flow to meet required deadlines, but also experience in dealing with people. In my years of office work I have discovered that the most important asset in any business is the people. The ones that come to work day in day out, that push themselves in order to complete tasks. Having a leader that not only looks out for their needs but also takes the time to truly understand them as individuals is what drives them with a passion for their work and ultimately improves the quality of life for everyone involved. As such, I strive to be a leader that people are happy to work for and are willing to push themselves in order to get the job done.
