Commander of D Company, 3-501st Assault Helicopter Battalion.• Led 95 Soldiers of an Aviation Maintenance Company responsible for maintenance of 30 UH-60M Blackhawk Helicopters, exceeded Army standard readiness rates by 7% and enabled 4,346 flight hours.• Oversaw planning and execution of complex deployment tasks across four countries resulting in higher echelon and adjacent units able to ship 178 vehicles and 44 helicopters three days ahead of schedule.• Synchronized personnel from seven specialties to accomplish intricate maintenance tasks and communicated progress and resourcing requirements to higher echelons, increased available aircraft flight time by 10%. • Supervised personnel spread across four countries and maintained the Brigade’s highest readiness rate, receiving best company commander in the Battalion and best maintenance company commander in the Brigade.

• Advised the Division’s senior artillery officer on the employment of and coordination with Army rotary wing assets which directly supported the qualification of 18 artillery crews through realistic training.

• Planned and resourced two simultaneous combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan consisting of over 600 personnel and 50 aircraft, ensured an on-time handover and seamless U.S. Force projection in the region.

Logistics Officer, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade (2019 - 2020), Fort Bragg, NC• Directed more than 80 property loss investigations and ensured that they were conducted in a timely and legal manner, resulted in the recovery of more than $100k in losses of Army property.• Handled procurement of supplies and repair parts through Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP). Facilitated purchasing of equipment totaling more than $3M and prevented fraud, waste, and abuse in excess of $200k.• Conducted an unprecedented rapid deployment of Army Aviation assets to Kuwait in January 2020. Established supply systems to support 32 helicopters and resourced repair parts which empowered the Task Force to assume its deterrence mission 30% faster than Department of Defense Requirements.

• Managed 19 officers and soldiers while working closely with Customs and Border Protection along the U.S. – Mexico Border resulting in lowest number of drug smuggling attempts in the area in over two years.• Directed flight readiness and maintenance of 5 Blackhawk Helicopters valued at over $105M resulting in a readiness rate, exceeded Army standards by 17%.

• Completed a demanding course of military flight instruction including survival tactics, helicopter systems management, navigation, and combat flight tactics resulting in awarding of flight status as an Army Aviator.
