I am a partner and commercial lawyer specialising in information techology, telecommunications and outsourcing transactions (ITO and BPO). I am based in the London office.I have almost 30 years of experience as a commercial IT lawyer and advise on all manner of transactions. I act for technology suppliers and buyers in both the private and public sectors and have particular expertise in relation to cloud computing.I also specialise in data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), intellectual property law, electronic and mobile commerce, and freedom of information.
