Plans, directs and coordinates training and development activities for housing counseling agencies located in Ohio and internal OHFA Housing Counseling staff. Monitors changes to federal and state programs that address foreclosure mitigation. Represents OHFA at outreach events, assists with planning and follow-up for events and training.
