As the Chief Human Resources Officer at the United States Air Force, 347 RCS, I lead a team of HR professionals who provide strategic and operational support to over 500 employees across six states. With more than 16 years of leadership experience in the Air Force, I have developed a rich background in human resources management, organizational design, and employee relations.My core competencies include coaching and propelling HR strategies that align with business objectives, nurturing a modern corporate culture, and optimizing team performance.
