I operated various Vacuum and Gear driven semi-trailers, PIC'd and assisted onsite coordinations, was a mentor and trainer for new drivers/operators. I really enjoyed learning first-hand onsite and in-the-field operational experience I could put to use in other areas. One of the most satisfying experiences from this was assisting dispatch and other drivers with efficient choices from that first hand knowledge to make the most of every situation.
