Six months into the company I became a specialist dealing with all customers only in the first year of getting services with Centurylink. The idea is get these new customers to the best of the best to get them set up right the first time then they have will stay with the company longer. From this I have amazing position I now have amazing customer service skills and educate along with running cash counts.Then went to the Greeter position. I had to know every location of all products in all departments. Through the week I would greet you as you came into the store would then walk and have conversation with customers to their desired product and trying to make add on sales to go along with their original purchase. Being a huge store there was always something to organize more efficiently, re-tag, re-stock, change product placement all to allow for the customer to have a better experience.Ship from store is a perfect fit for me. You order something from one of our 200 stores and I go and find it for you in my store and ship it to your house! So fun to be able to interact with customers in the store and now online. Show less
