Operational responsibility for Cinema. Ensuring all departments follow the correct service procedures, maintain a safe working environment, knowledge of vista reporting systems, opening and closing the cinema, secondary cash handling and supervision and maintain auditing procedures. Maintaining a guest focus. An emphasis on delivering quality service and striving to exceed this standard including responding to internal and external customer feedback (requiring exceptional product knowledge). Creating and maintaining a dynamic and welcoming Cinema environment/ atmosphere for both staff and patrons. Team management including the responsibility for training and motivating staff, alongside monitoring staffing levels and leadership.Revenue and Financial Responsibility including; meeting revenue targets (SPH), monitoring Cinema site payroll to mirror trade, co-ordination of promotional programs and generating innovative concepts to increase patronage and overall revenue. 
Operational responsibilities including; OH&S policies and procedures are continually followed (including RSA), the operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and monitoring the completion of daily opening and closing procedures including high level cash handling.
