I am an organised and process-driven Project Specialist who implements standardised project processes for project teams in relation to managing schedule, risk, change/issue and quality in the Aviation, Telecommunications and Finance industry. I have helped multiple large and complex business and IT projects with their management and reporting of project financials and benefits realisation. I am able to combine logical coordination and problem-solving skills to perform SharePoint administration, management product creation and other admin tasks. I am very versatile and adaptable having over 10 years of practical experience in tailoring and leveraging standardised project methods and templates for compliance, divestiture, offshore, IT, HR, Service management and Network Construction projects. My certification in the PRINCE2 methodology has given structure to both Waterfall and Agile frameworks that I have been a part of.
