Change Leader responsible for leading a function and team in the design and delivery of enterprise wide, divisional, and local level project change for RMIT Australia, RMIT Vietnam, RMIT Europe, RMIT Online, and RMIT Training

Intital 9 month contract as the sole Organisational Change Manager on a successor fund transfer (SFT) project, to migrate of all First Quest and Synergy Super and Pension members to AMP's new MyNorth product on the North platform.2nd 3 month contract as 1 of 2 Organisational Change Managers to deliver a highly sensitive people change project with impacts across 1 national leadership team and their direct reports. The successfully completed change resulted in the introduction of a new national role, a new operating model, and a capability uplifted team; achieving the project forecast business benefits.

Focus and activities1. Workplace flexibilityGoal: Increase the adoption of flexible working practices in Australia and New Zealandto 50% of employees and extend flexible work practices to two Asian markets (Group)Result: Increase in flexibility adoption levels to 87% of employees in Aus and NZ, with ANZ’s Flexibility Policy extended to Hong Kong and Bengaluru (ANZ 2015, p.21)2. Employee Engagement Goal: Deliver an updated and easy to use enterprise wide engagement survey to drive increased levels of disclosure and assist to increase Employee Engagement to 75%.Result: Employee Engagement increased by 3% from 2014 to 76% (ANZ 2015, p.23)
